Job Description
Be part of our client’s team as a Training Administrator, supporting training coordination, LMS and HRIS administration, travel bookings, compliance reporting, and corporate registers. You’ll partner with multiple stakeholders in an industrial environment, ensuring accurate records, policy compliance, and seamless workforce readiness across large-scale operations.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00-9:00 AM start to 5:00 PM AEST
Salary: PHP45,000 to PHP60,000

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in training administration, corporate administration, or similar roles, ideally within blue-collar or industrial settings
- Hands-on experience maintaining training records, reports, and compliance documentation with a high degree of accuracy
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and travel booking platforms
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); Dayforce exposure preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Corporate Traveller systems highly regarded
- Ability to interpret requirements, follow established processes, and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills with effective stakeholder engagement
- Automotive or industry-specific background advantageous but not required
